I got this ads by WebShopper site there were much random advertising or information when I launched the Chrome this morning. I found my default browser home page and other settings are changed, but I did not reset. Redirects the browser to destroy my computer and let it get worse. I am confused about how the hijackers entered the computer since I installed the advanced anti-virus software. I was scared, need to find an effective way to eliminate the nasty browser hijackers. Please help!

How to remove Ads by WebShopper from Internet Explorer

  • Start Internet Explorer and click on the top menu and go to the Tools option, select Manage Add-ons from the list. It will open a window showing add-ons currently installed.
  • On the left panel of this windows, select the option Toolbars and Extensions. On the right panel, choose the Ads by WebShopper or any Potentially Unwanted Programs and items and click on Disable.
  • In the same windows, select the option Search Providers on the left side. On the right panel, choose Google, Bing or any preferred Search Engine and click then on Set as default.

  • Next, change your home page to a preferred web address of your choice. Go to Tools, select Internet Options.
